Pink Fish is a Norwegian fast casual dining concept and features Norwegian salmon as its star. Pink Fish is targeting to become a global brand it is fit for the task.

Pink Fish creatively incorporates salmon in burgers, hot pots, poke bowls, salads and wraps and features flavours inspired by all over the world. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pink Fish gives an inviting experience to customers on the go, while aiming to be environmentally friendly in all aspects of its operation. Customers can place orders through Pink Fish app or web to avoid waiting time.

Behind the scene is award winning chef Geir Skeie, who clinched the top prize at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or World Finals in 2009, together with Ronny Gjøse and Svein Sandvik, two seasoned international restaurant executives.

In 2018, Pink Fish received a “highly commended” recognition for the most innovative F&B concept by The Global Retail & Leisure Awards 2018 and in 2019 it did win the price.
