The story of Roberta Caffè began in 1998 when the founder, Roberta, became a chef cooking at home for high-end customers right after arriving in France. Parisian VIPs sought after her asparagus risotto, her lemon veal piccatina and her much praised Panna Cotta.
In 2017 she opened her first restaurant in Abbesses Paris district. Later came a second restaurant followed by an Italian fast-casual concept based on the key DNA elements of Roberta’s trattoria-restaurant. Their main goal was to allow nomads to experience typical Italian food while tasting generous portions, simple, and authentic Italian cuisine to take away.
Roberta Caffè has a diverse menu that has options for every part of the day with offers of Italian style sandwiches, pizza, caffetteria and aperitivo, Roberta Caffe is just as capable of meeting the needs of a high-end hotel clientele as of a travel-retail institution. or to operate a restaurant in the city centre.
