Global Wok Kitchen concept Wok to Walk has finalised a Franchise Agreement with Master Franchisee Einar Örn Einarsson, founder of established Tex-Mex brands Serrano and Zócalo, to develop the brand across Iceland.
The partnership has been co-ordinated by F&B business developer and franchise consultant Seeds Consulting.
3 to 5 new sites have already been secured for development and are set to open within the first year of the Agreement, which also represents Wok to Walk’s first venture into Iceland, the 19th country in which the brand will now have a presence.
Einar Örn Einarsson comments: “I’m really happy to bring Wok to Walk to Iceland. I feel there is a clear gap in the market for Asian food in Iceland and Wok to Walk was an obvious choice to work with because they are an established brand who have shown in different markets that they can be very successful. We’re looking forward to bringing their fantastic Asian food to Iceland.”
