Matteo Frigeri, founder and director of Seeds Consulting, has just returned from The Future Hospitality Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he presented the panel ‘Curating and Creating Great Concepts that Survive the Test of Time’.

The panel was presented alongside Rohit Sachdev, chief executive officer of Soho Hospitality, and Hilari Voorthuis F&B manager, India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey, of Accor.

FHS returned to Saudi Arabia with an ambitious agenda, focusing on the wider Arabian region. The event ran as a hybrid format, bringing together people both in-person and, in some conference sessions, remotely, to discuss themes such as sustainability, innovation, and the future of the F&B industry. The main goal was to ‘reimagine horizons’ across the active and high-level investment communities for hospitality, restaurants, education, and travel.

Seeds Consulting is a London-based business development agent for a range of established and fledgling international restaurant concepts, such as I Am Döner, The Avocado Show, Pitaya, The Butcher, The Vegan Junk Food Bar, Crepeaffaire, Bubblewrap and Flower Burger. Matteo has forged numerous partnerships between such trendy and profitable brands, and the most reputed operators worldwide, delivering tremendous growth in a variety on geographies, including the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East.

Matteo Frigeri says: “We would like to express a huge thank you to all parties involved Jennifer Pettinger-Haines, Tanja Millner, Joan Calimpong, Jana Bader from The Bench, and the one and only James Hacon for featuring Seeds Consulting in the programme“.
