Matteo Frigeri, founder and director of Seeds Consulting, has just returned from The Future Hospitality Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he presented the panel ‘Curating and Creating Great Concepts that Survive the Test of Time’.
The panel was presented alongside Rohit Sachdev, chief executive officer of Soho Hospitality, and Hilari Voorthuis F&B manager, India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey, of Accor.
FHS returned to Saudi Arabia with an ambitious agenda, focusing on the wider Arabian region. The event ran as a hybrid format, bringing together people both in-person and, in some conference sessions, remotely, to discuss themes such as sustainability, innovation, and the future of the F&B industry. The main goal was to ‘reimagine horizons’ across the active and high-level investment communities for hospitality, restaurants, education, and travel.
